TSG Roller Derby 3.0 Knee Pads

The Roller Derby 3.0 Kneepad features sewn PE caps and our unique double Velcro closure straps.  This sewn-on cap is designed to minimize damage to arenas.  The double Velcro closure on the top strap guarantees a secure fit and hold while eliminating snagging on players’ clothing. A customizable bottom strap with concealed, quick-release buckle and open back butterfly neoprene straps then deliver perfect fit and size management.  Add to this a slim-line ergonomic profile for obstruction free racing, “printed” silicone circles on the inside of the pad to prevent slipping and surround multi-layer EVA foam protection on the knee and you have the ultimate track kneepad.

• Hardshell Caps: Hard shells are constructed from ABS or PP plastic. This outer shell gets bonded to the EPS core for a two-piece construction that provides high durability and ultimate high-impact protection.
• Multi-layer EVA foam on and around knee
• HDPE: High impact strength and low friction caps for use on rough and concrete ground.

• Pre-Shaped Design: Our pre-shaped body protection comes with a pre-bended articulated design for unrestricted wearing comfort and superior fit.
• Durable nylon
• Horseshoe Shape: Our custom Horseshoe shape that greatly surrounds knees, elbows or shoulders. The compression-moulded foam pad with a raised top part sits perfectly around your protected joints. This shape minimizes shifting and down-sliding to keep your pad in place during action.
• Anti-slip silicone on inside knee
• Neoprene 360° butterfly strap: The strap wraps around the whole limb offering superior fit adjustment, wearing comfort and protection.
• Adjustable bottom velcro strap with covered snap buckle
• Open back design
