Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING ZONES:
We currently offer shipping services within Canada. Rates will be calculated at checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS:
For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some products/orders may require additional shipping costs. We will reach out for approval before moving forward in this situation.
$15 Flat Rate Shipping for Canada.
Xpresspost shipping option is available, rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable on canceled orders or returns.
All packages are insured with Canada Post.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at What’s Your Damage? Skate Shop, located at 2B-443 The Queensway S. Keswick ON L4P 3N4, inside the Flip ‘n’ Wicked Gymnastics building. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Friday 4:00-8:00PM, and Saturday 10-5. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Standard Flat Rate shipping estimates 1-7 business days depending on location
Estimated delivery dates are calculated once the order has been fulfilled.
Any issues or delays to the delivery of your order after it has been shipped is not our responsibility. We will try to help resolve any issues we can, but it is ultimately up to the shipping carrier.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at whatsyourdamagerollergirls@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
LOST SHIPMENTS:
Packages we send out are made sure to be as secure as possible for delivery, however, things happen in transit and our policy for missing packages is as follows:
Lost Package: If your package tracking does not update after seven business days, you need to email us about the issue and then submit a claim with Canada Post. We will submit a claim on our end and see if we are able to locate the package. If your package is deemed lost, we will open a claim with Canada Post and refund you for the cost of the items, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
Mistake with Delivery: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive the package, you need to email us first and then submit a claim through Canada Post to find the delivery location. if the package is lost or delivered elsewhere, we will refund the insured amount of the package.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount less the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at whatsyourdamagerollergirls@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
